Welcome back to the kitchen table. When our children misstep or hurt someone, it’s more than just saying "sorry." We’re called to help them restore their relationships—not just with the person they hurt, but with God too. This restoration goes far beyond an outward apology. It's about heart transformation.
When Bethany talks about parenting through different ages and stages, she reminds us of the call in Philippians 1:6—the truth that God is working in each of us and that His work isn’t finished. This is the mindset we hold onto, especially in those tough moments with our children.
When their behavior pushes our patience, we resist discouragement. Instead, we believe in the promise that God is still molding them, shaping their hearts, and drawing them closer to his plan.
Rather than focusing on compliance or behavior, we point them to the grace, forgiveness, and love that God offers.
