Welcome back to the kitchen table. Motherhood often brings moments when grace feels hard to extend—especially when patience wears thin, and frustration takes over. But what if we reframed those moments in light of the grace we've been given?
Titus 3 reminds us that grace is offered before repentance. We didn’t earn God’s grace, it was given freely, not because of what we had done but because of who he is. This truth challenges us to mirror that same grace in our homes.
When we extend grace to our children, it doesn’t mean there won’t be consequences or guidance. Instead, it means those moments are rooted in love and the desire to shape their hearts—not simply to correct behavior. Through grace, we reflect the patience God shows us, trusting that he is also patiently pursuing the hearts of our children.
Parenting through this lens reminds us that grace isn’t about perfection, it’s about reflecting God’s love in the way we guide.
